As Commonwealth Business Woman Ambassador, the signature initiative under my tenure will be fostering capital access for women entrepreneurs in the Caribbean. This initiative dubbed FundRiseHER is being facilitated by Pitch & Choose a Caribbean Crowd Funding Platform. The aim of FundRiseHER is to raise regional funds of one million USD which will serve a minimum of ten (10) Caribbean countries and create Grants for atleast fifty (50) women entrepreneurs. It is my hope that through this initiative we will be able to build awareness and increase the use of crowdfunding as an alternative mode of accessing capital for entrepreneurs. It will also foster the growth and contribution of women entrepreneurs to the national economies in the Caribbean.
Watch this page for more information. Will be launching soon.
